Lee Ashcroft nominato nuovo Manager
E' Lee Ashcroft il nuovo manager dei Vics in sostituzione del dimissionario Mutch.
Ashcroft ha lasciato il Kendal Town per accettare l'incarico offertogli dal Northwich Victoria.

Club Statement
On the contrary of what people may have read on various Social Networking sites and forums,
Northwich Victoria can wholeheartedly state that the rumours of a merger with Droylsden FC are totally untrue. The two clubs have had no contact and have no intentions of striking an amalgamation or anything of the sort.
Northwich Victoria are a football club within their own right and will continue to be.

Mutch da le dimissioni
Il manager Andy Mutch ed il suo assistente Adriano Rigoglioso hanno rassegnato le proprie dimissioni, questo il comunicato comparso sul sito ufficiale:
"It is with deepest regret that Northwich Victoria have reluctantly accepted the resignations of Andy Mutch and Adriano Rigoglioso
We'd like to thank for both Andy and Adriano for their hard work and effort in a difficult time for the club.

Sconfitta in Galles per i Vics che perdono per 2-1 contro il Rhyl.

Questione Stadio
Il Northwich Victoria ha chiesto un parere alla Evo Stik sulla possibilità di giocare le proprie partite interne per le prossime due stagioni al Valley Road Stadium, casa del Flixton Fc, stadio che dista 16 miglia dal Victoria Stadium.
Si sta comunque ancora cercando uno stadio nella zona di Northwich.

I Vics hanno annunciato tre nuovi acquisti:
Il portiere neozelandese Zach Hibbert, 23 anni, proveniente dal Clitheroe.
Il centrocampista centrale Lee Dodgson, 28 anni, proveniente dal Lancaster.
Il difensore centrale Sam Christensen, 19 anni, proveniente dal Fleetwood e che ha giocato alcune partite della scorsa stagione nel Clitheroe.
E' stato invece ceduto al Chester Dominic Collins, mentre Sean Kinsella è tornato allo Stattford.

Vics penalizzati.
Bruttissime notizie per il Northwich Victoria; la Northern Premier League, a seguito di inadempienze da parte del Club, ha deciso di punire severamente i Vics che sono stati penalizzati pesantemente in classifica.
Il Northwich verrà clamorosamente retrocesso e non potrà quindi giocare i play off che si era meritatamente guadagnati sul campo ottenendo un fantastico secondo posto.
Questo lo statuto diramato dalla NPL nei giorni scorsi:
"At the FA hearings held at Wembley today the decision of the panel was as follows:
In respect of Northwich Victoria FC, the panel ruled that the Club would not be allowed to participate in the promotion play-offs, however the Club would not be expelled from the Northern Premier League but relegated one step from the 2012/2013 Season."

Il Northwich ha fatto ricorso contro questa punizione che è sembrata davvero pesante ed ingiusta, si aspettano novità, ma la situazione sembra molto grave.
Questo quanto comparso sul sito dei Vics:
"An FA Appeal Board heard today [Tuesday 24 April 2012] an appeal by Northwich Victoria against a decision made by the League in that the League: a) came to a decision on the facts of the case that no reasonable body should have come and b) imposed an award or sanction that was excessive in respect to three charges as follows:-
i) Failing to notify the League within seven days of it failing to comply with terms of a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
ii) Failing to comply with the conditions for the transfer of membership from “old Co” to “New Co” as set out in the agreement signed on 15 February 2011.
iii) Failing to comply with the terms of the CVA entered into.

Ci auguriamo di cuore che la punizione possa essere rivista e resa meno pesante; non partecipare ai play off è una punizione già molto severa dopo l'ottimo campionato disputato, ma la retrocessione sarebbe un colpo davvero duro da accettare ed ingiusto.

Sconfitta netta per i Vics oggi al Gigg Lane, unico gol segnato da Clarke al 90°.

Questa era l'ultima partita prima dei play off ai quali i Vics, per decisione degli organi competenti, non parteciperanno.
Oggi i tifosi dei Vics hanno contestato questa decisione pacificamente esponendo dei cartellini rossi. Alla protesta ha partecipato anche il Chairman Jim Rushe ed anche i tifosi dello United hanno condiviso i motivi che hanno portato a questa contestazione.

Northwich Victoria 1 - 0 Bradford Park Avenue
Dopo la sconfitta contro l'Hednesford i Vics tornano a vincere grazie ad un gol di Wade al 16° minuto di gioco.
Rispetto alla formazione schierata nell'ultima partita Foyle ha schierato titolari Woolfe e proprio Wade al posto di Evans e Clarke.
La partita è iniziata subito con i Trickies all'attacco e dopo un paio di occasioni da gol è arrivato il vantaggio al 16° minuto grazie ad un colpo di testa di Wade su assist di Woolfe.
Protagonista nel corso del primo tempo anche Hinchliffe, autore di una grandissima parata.
Nel secondo tempo la partita è stata divertente con occasioni da gol per entrambe le squadre.
Il risultato non è comunque cambiato e il Northwich ha ottenuto una grande vittoria contro una squadra che i Vics potrebbero ritrovare ai play off.
